16 x 50m competitions

I added some more results from older Nights of Apnea in Berlin, and also a recent French competition, to the ranking, so the 16x50 discipline is now more complete. I am still missing Nights of Apnea 2000, 2001, and 2002 - I did not find those on the website of NTVEV. And I have problems with converting the 2007 file, so will add that later. If anyone of you knows about other competitions with this discipline, or know where to find the missing results, please let me know.

And of course, please report any errors or mistakes if you find some. For example the older files did not include nationalities, so when there were new unknown names, I made them all German.

You should have picked a made up random country that wouldn't impact on the rankings like...

Nocountry as a country would work too but its nice to have a country named after you rofl

Well, we all failed to become Germans just by chance, so I find it is a good approximation, especially considering that the competitions took place in Berlin.

I just added couple of more competitions with the 16x50 discipline, so there are now 12 of them. Still missing 4 German Nights of Apnea, but the current WR's are there.
