20mm Rubber

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

Well someone says that is better to user 17/18mm rubber bands with higher stretch factor than 20mm rubber.
There are good products like standard "amber" 19/20mm color (i think the manifacturer is dunlop) maybe you can find some good choices on ebay shops.
I used also 19mm rubber bands from Totemsub (italy), they are less progressive, but also a good product.
 
I'll be heading to southern Bahamas (Exuma) next year and looking for the proper rubber type for my hawiian sling, and where to get new tips, any suggestions?

I use 20mm on my 130 apex, I have a 7mm shaft and the rubber is the stiff white stuff not the soft amber. Its a beast to load but sure has loads of power. Good for all the big reef fish,dogtooth,Gt's no problem.
