From Gedeon preps 'Ocean Kings,' 'Real Spiderman' - Entertainment News, International News, Media - Variety :

... "Ocean Kings," a documentary helmed by Peter De Mulder, follows the Italian free diver Umberto Pelizzari as he looks at free diving around the world.

The docu, which has an approximate budget of Euros 2 million ($2.6 million), is co-produced with Belgium's Nexus and De Mulder's Vahana Productions.

Gedeon's latest 3D docu, "Makay," which chronicles a two-month expedition into Madagascar's Makay Valley, was commissioned by Canal Plus and pre-sold to key territories. "There seems to be a real appetite for this type of ambitious, international-driven event documentary," said Christine Cauquelin, head of documentaries at Canal Plus, adding that the docu will be a cross-platform event that will be accompanied by an exhibition at La Villette's La Cite des Sciences, and a book of photographs documenting the expedition.

Trux or anybody else, don’t suppose you know if we’ll be able to see it in the UK?

Sorry, Podge, I am sure that no. I heard Pelizzari is cursing in the movie, and that there are plenty of nice voluptuos women in rubber suits (or without), so I doubt it will be permitted in the UK.

How long did it take before they permitted the screening of "Life of Brian" in the UK? Twenty years? OK, so perhpas it will be in the UK, but only around 2030. But don't be sad, Podge, we'll invite you for some screening to the liberal continental Europe.

Ah well never mind, I’m sure it’ll be on the web somewhere after it comes out.
That or we’ll all come over to your house Trux for a viewing, just make sure you get plenty of beer and food in for it…..:D:D:D

Podge, first you have to sign in for Pelizzari's club (Apnea Academy).
It really worth the price: not only they'll give you their shiny badge with the two dolphins logo, but also the special new member's pie! :p
