Wanted to use the lake today to test the sailing rig on my canoe, but found they require you to have 3rd party insurance. This got me thinking about all the various sports I'm involved in with no 3rd party insurance. Seems to be ignored today which is strange considering the "blame society" we live in. I remember 20yrs ago the cornish lifeguards encouraging insurance for surfboards and surfskis.
Does anyone know of a company that offers 3rd party insurance for "watersports" rather than each individually. If I went via each sport association individually I'd never afford it.
