I set a goal for the end of this year: 4 minutes. Last night I held for 4:07!!!!! Apnea Walking is what helped me make the most impressive gains. I do sets of 35/50/75. I just got hooked up with some CO2 tolerance tables and that is sort of my Holy Grail of information. They helped, but I haven't had them long enough to imagine what effect they would have had.
