Hi all, in the process of mounting my reel to my gun, I had to make a bracket. To attach one to the other, I had to remove the spool, removing the alan key at the top, one stainless washer, two rubber grommets, then the drag nut. I did not believe I lost anything, did not see nor hear, and searched around yet nothing to find. I put the reel back together and there is literally zero drag, where the reel free spools with ease (never did before, always had enough resistance to stop itself free spooling) and then is full lock which tightens up even more.
Anyone have a same/similar problem, please help.
