Not for the faint of heart or easily DCS-able, here's a video of Will doing sprinting to 60 and back in 60 seconds -while holding a gopro!!!!

60 meters, equalizing hands free, no mask, a synchronized swimmer's nose clip. That is some equalization technique.

Anybody know how he does it?

Connor

thanks

So, no mouthfil?

I do that what Will does, with a light frenzel against the mask, which also seems to pull up a bit of air from my lungs, but I can't do it anywhere near that kind of depth. He must have an incredibly flexible chest. I wonder what stretches he is doing to achieve that.

Connor

I doubt he'd do a proper mouthfill for a 60m dive. Frenzel / BTV to 60m doesn't require a super flexible chest. Frenzel / BTV to 120m does, but not all those divers stretch. I just do a few days of exhales and I'm good to go.
