Hey gang!
I’m going for a 90 day semester at sea, ill be leaving from Spain... stay in the Mediterranean for a little over a month then sail across for the Caribbean. I was wondering how the spear fishing is along the way and what the legal requirements are... anything would be helpful as I have 0 knowledge of the locations or the fish life in it. all my skills and techniques have been honed off the coast of Texas or in the Bahamas and ill be honest, it has been almost 6 months since I found the time to make it out for a little hunting. Here is a small list of places we will visit.

· Porto Cervo, Sardegna
· Bonafaccio, Corsica
· Mahon, Menorca
· Palma de Mallorca
· Cartegena, Spain
· Gibraltar
· Safi, Morocco
· Agadir
· Canary Islands
· Cape Verde Islands
· Devil’s Island

Re: 90 days at sea and spearfishing

Hello guy

I am very familiar with Morocco, where the sea is often very strong, even under a beautiful sun, the swell is often present and dirty water.

* Safi: only the cap Bedouzza is embeddable and south of the region in the area between Souira Kédima and Essaouira, difficult to access and anglers throw stones ... without thinking of the consequences!:rcard
* Agadir vicinity of Cap Ghir, and lowest between Ifni and Aglou ... but often the same problems!

better to wait for the Cape Verde Islands ... where a lot of pelagic, but the sea is rough! see site
