A necklace for my drysuit?

Hi out there,

I've seen a few divers wrap their latex neck seal around a plastic necklace after drysuit dives to relieve pressure without actually doffing their suit top. My local dive shop doesn't carry anything like this. Does anyone know how to make one? Or, where I can buy one online?
