During Statics,
Do you have trouble relaxing, forgetting where you are?

Let us know what you think...

pretty cool tank. why did divers keep checking on him? i mean atleast wait till the 3 minute mark. you dont want to distract him.

Cool presentation, a little static though.

What's your PB?

I think it would be cooler to have a 2' dive where you gentle move around the whole tank, and interact a bit with the animals, maybe finish off with a nice bubblering, where you let yourself go through floating up.
Another idea would be to wear a HR monitor, and show through the glass to the children at the window how your heart rate is dropping and low.

And offcause as the star YOU wear the silver suit, while your safety buddy does observe you from the surface.

You could also take a text board, and interact with the children.

Have the announcer give an introduction asking the people if they ever dream of like diving like a seal, a dolphin? Than, "for some people that dream isn't a dream anymore.. training the mammalian dive reflexes people can learn to relax and enjoy the weightlessness and wonders just like seals, dolphins and whales do.. Here's Freediver 'MIG' take watch 'the clock' and see how long this fantastic dive is. Relaxing and moving as slow as the other sea creatures Mig relaxes every muscle he doesn't need saving a lot of air". bla bla. "by the way people, while you may have been watching this incredible dive almost breathless, Mig has been enjoying the underwater world for over TWO minutes now! Notice the fish come up to MIG, they seem to ask him who is that friendly giant gliding so silently peacefully nearby? - Mig really likes to move freely and relaxed without the use of pressured gas whose bubbles often scare animals away."

I'm sure you can think of more creative things, but in general seeing someone faceless laying still on the bottom isn't so very interesting, especially for the TV-zombie generation.

But tell us about how you get to go in the tank? Is it a new job?

Love, Courage and Water!

Kars

Glad to see the Raggies have calmed down in that tank, as they were out of control a while back.

MIG, I was in Zanzibar when you did that dive but there are a bunch of freedivers in the UAE who would have liked to come and watch you. Pity you didnt let us know you were coming.
