Guy behin me sniffs and back sucks his sinuses. The guy behind him has a Trumpet for a nose (literally, the sound is a horn when he blows his nose 5 times a day) And the fat yawn talker.... I feel your pain bro!

Here's my story, it helped for a month. A guy came to my desk asking for help. In the middle of my explanation, the guy behind me coughs and then starts his grotesque noise trying to get the flem out of his throat. I almost got sick right there, I was reaching for my garbage can. I finished explaining to me co-worker the fix he needed to do and he returned to his desk. I IM'd him then to apologize for almost puking in front of him, but the noise ****** makes really makes me ill. I did not get a response. I looked at my IM and I had sent it to ****** rather than my friend that I had helped. Oh crap....I kind of sank in my chair.

That was an awkward feeling, but it was better than the frustration I had been feeling for a month before that. He still does it, but not quite as much. My headphones are great, but his cough STILL makes it through with my music up. I may go deaf soon.

Hey it could be worse! I work in a shop serving people face to face all day and the people that really disgust me are the ones that pull out their (obviously well used) hankies and blow their nose - not only right in front of me - but most don't even have the decency to turn away. YUCK:naughty

Maybe you could buy the sniffer a neti pot?

My house is full of sniffing/nose blowing idiots. I've been looking for the whistle I had attached to my dive float. Turns out my 10 year old had it in her bedroom.

I work in public retail grocery. You can't believe the men I've seen leaving the restroom without washing hands and then 5 minutes later see them on the floor and they want to shake my hand! Almost makes you want to walk around in a NBC suit! :blackeye

Same here, i work on the door of a club and when kicking people out at the end of a night from the toilets they don't wash their hands then expect you to shake hands with them and say goodnight!! Ahhhhhhhhh!

By the way for those who don't know what an NBC suit is "Nucular Bio Chem" I wore one for months in 1991...
