Yes, very very interesting. It was before the time that the more important investigators in the world was together around the same table speaking about Apnea. They were present also Enzo Maiorca, Umberto Pelizzari and Carlo Coste. Between the platea there was also Bill Stromberg (AIDA) and Olivier Herrera (CMAS) ... everybody in peace!

Wow, that is by far the best and most scientifical i've read about freediving..I really like the part about increase in hematocrit

Yeah, good stuff even if it is just the abstracts...

The claim that the body consumes 8% more oxygen on fat burning mode was new and surprising to me. Or in fact, Dr. Lindohlm mentioned it once in db, but I was surprised the number is so high...
