Hi all, first post, thought I'd share this mod I've just made to my gun.

After quite a few missed shots I began to wonder if the accuracy of my gun was to blame (probably not!) so decided to add an epoxy rail.

Rail was poured with 2 part epoxy mixed with colloidal silica (thickens epoxy and adds strength) and graphite from a pencil (for colour).

Used the spear wrapped in insulation tape (for debonding and to give the spear clearance) and some balsa wood to create the mould.

Seems to work well with the spear sitting perfectly in the rail when unloaded and loaded.

Will be interesting to see what difference it'll make to the accuracy, will find out next week!
