Short background.
Freediver and spearo that's looking to get into DYN competitions.
I'm 6ft 2" and 215lbs, age 55.
My question is this. I'm currently using C4 Red Fox fins with medium stiffness. What I'm wanting opinions on is for my height and weight should I be using stiff carbon or remain with medium stiffness?
Also, have been seeing several new foot pockets being used by compeitiors that are attached to the blades at the bottom of these foot pocket types. Are they a good upgrade for diving and pool disciplines?

Thanks all.

In my opinion medium stiffness the best bet for you
