I am going on a dive trip to Cozumel later this month and taking my Sony RX100 VA out for a spin for the first time. Wondering a few things:

  • If shooting in XAVC S HD (120p/100M), will the camera overheat from constant video?
  • Does the Auto underwater white balance work well?
  • Any settings you think work well for shooting underwater video with this camera?
  • Anything you think I should know about shooting underwater video with this camera?
Here is a video I shot in Cozumel in February 2017 on a GoPro 4 -

Thanks,
Adam
