Aeris F10 - Where to buy (UK based)

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Expensive in the USA? Since it is manufactured in the USA, and exported from there to Europe, you can be rather sure you won't find any European store selling it for less than it the USA. The lowest price in the USA I know is $275 (around £180), while in Europe the cheapest I saw was 250€ (around $320 or £210). Well, then it depends on the shipping costs and the import tax, but I doubt you'd get much better offer anywhere in Europe.

If you prefer a UK based store, simply call couple of them - any of them should be able to order it for you. If you do not success with the AERIS F.10, then you can contact any Beuchat dealer - the Beuchat Mundial Depth Gauge is practically identical to F.10 (manufactured by the same OEM company). Beuchat unlike Aeris has a distributor in the UK (Midland Diving Equipment Ltd) so you can try contacting them. However, I doubt you'll find the watch cheaper than the F10 in the USA. The cheapest offer of the F.10, that I am aware of (the $275), is listed in the comparative test at: APNEA.cz - Freediving Computers

Looks like I'll have to dig a bit harder; everywhere I've seen so far seems to be quoting $399 (~£265) and thats before adding shipping. Even the suggested link on your site is now quoting that.

However thanks for the heads up on the Beuchat distributor in the UK and about their Mundial depth gauge. Do you know if they have a release date it yet?

No, Leisurpro linked from the review, still offers it for $274.95.

It was already released. In France, you can get it for example here for 269€: Profondimètre apnée Mundial Beuchat Beuchat Arbalète pièces

Hi Stuart

Please do your self the favor of calculating import tax/VAT/shipping. It is very likely to exceed the saving. EU is pretty tough :)
Anyway, Aeris is an Oceanic sub-brand, so the Oceanic distributor should be able to pass you on to an Oceanic dealer, who should be able to get a hold of an F10.

Please se the last on this list.

Hope you´ve also taking the time to read through this entire thread. Being a medio-happy owner , I would say that the F10 IMO is not an entire success (yet).

Very best regards
H!

Attached is a screenshot of the leisurepro page linked to APNEA.cz - Freediving Computers. If Trux and I are seeing different things this might explain why I haven't been able to find any cheaper alternatives in the US. Quite how or why this is I have no idea. Has anyone else found the same thing?

Indeed strange. See the page I get here in France (see the attachment). Try clearing your cache, but more likely there is some localization problem with their website. I see no reason why they should show a different price to UK visitors than to those from continental Europe, but perhaps it is a vengeance for the BP mess and they added a clean-up tax rofl

Did you use exactly this link?
Aeris F.10 Freediving Computer Watch

Give them a call and tell them about the problem.

At the price they offer you'll get it cheaper there than from European stores, even if you pay the full import VAT. Several divers I know here in France bought it from Leisurepro. Another two from an Italian store, but with the shipping it came out quite a bit more expensive. French stores are still significantly more expensive.
