Aerobic classes with a difference

Last night we had a new instructor for the Hi-Lo class...

He was introduced to us by our other instructor, amidst lots of hand holding and finger fondling.. he was presented as a "friend" who was going to take the class.. ( i have no problem with that ;)

HOWEVER

His class was brilliant, easy to follow but very intense.. and at the end of the session during the cool-down... his chosen music was "Killing Me Softly" by Roberta Flack... :hmm

well at that point i did nearly die laughing... rofl rofl
