The SaltFree Double Dip takes place over two days 28th and 29th July 2007 at our inland dive lake Chepstow, near Bristol.

All freedivers compete in Constant Weight with Fins, and Constant Weight without fins, it will be AIDA Ranked and anyone is welcome.

You can use this towards possible team selection for the UK team, and maybe other national teams as your score will be logged with AIDA. If you're new to all this, you are also more than welcome and can get an AIDA ranking in the process.

All the details including entry forms are on SaltFree Double Dip

Anyone who has competed at SaltFree before will tell you that the conditions will be great for northern Europe, the welcome will be very warm, events should be well organised and the party will rock.

Hope to see you there, it's cheaper if you enter before the end of April!

Sam

Just a reminder that the entry fee for the Double Dip goes up if your entry comes in after end of April

Please get them in as soon as you can so we can switch from planning to doing!

thanks

Would be nice to see some of the European folks in the UK, make a change for us heading over there all the time!

Chepstow is great - last year's comp was one of the best run comp's i've seen. Well organised, perfect diving conditions (no currents, decent vis, scuba safety + counterballast), A lovely big (and now recarpeted) pontoon to chill out on, and a cracking cafeteria.

Word on the street is that the depth is over 80 with all the rain over the last couple of months.

What more would you want? :inlove

76m at the last reading.... (with my nifty new depth finder!)

This is now open to people who only want to compete in one of the events - please contact me for more info
