Hi there,
every time i do my co2 tables there comes a point when breath starts gettimg out of my lungs without having me letting it out?! it just gets out and i cant do anything about it but taking air into my mouth and pressing it against my throat, which really annoys me because i lose concentration and much time of the breathhold:( what can i do about it?

Hi. This is perfectly normal. At the most basic level: high CO2 triggers strong breathing reflex and specifically targets the vocal chords, relaxing them. If what you want is co2 tolerance it's perfectly ok to use any means to hold the air in. But to train your vocal chords requires a different targeted approach. One exercise: lie on your back, relax, exhale fully, raise your arms above your head flat on the floor, RELAX your abdominals. Now stick your tongue out and hold, say 30 sec. Release, recover 2 mins and repeat to 45sec, then 1min...and so on. In time your vocal chords will develop the control you need. Er...enjoy the 'fun'
