Air leakage from tear duct during Frenzel

Dear experts,

I found my tear duct have excessive air leakage during Frenzel, that reduce the air storage during my dive, I already do the Frenzel very general and softy. Is it possible to block the tear duct or make it narrow by surgery?

Thta's is bitter! I'm leaking air out of my right eye when I equalize with heavy pressure and somehow only once. So it's not such a big problem.
I hope there is a way for you!

My tearducts are leaking as well. So I dont need to let go of my nose to equalise the mask. If I close my eyes I can somehow block them, thou...

from the video I am not sure you are doing Frenzel, most people I have seen the sides of the nostrils flare out when it is done. Maybe it is just tom subtle and I can't see it on the video because you are doing it gently.
