Dose anyone know where I can find a schematic for a airbalete 90.I think I broke the piston and want to know whats involved with disassembling it before I attempt it
thanks erk

No, but on youtube someone explains it in ?croation, the video was helpful though. To get at the piston is easy- deflate the gun, line up the round holes in the plastic power reducer with the identical holes in the alu nut/ sleeve around which it turns and stick a nail or so through them, they can then be unscrewed together. Then insert the spear in the barrel until it locks in the piston and withdraw both from the barrel. 2 minute job.

thank you that should help out what is happening is when gun is loaded the shaft will slide up and down the barrel.

I've found (when fitting my Tomba) that even when you release the pressure from the chamber via the rear valve, there is enough residual pressure left inside the chamber to maintain the piston in a forward position. This should make removal easy once you have unscrewed the muzzle. Assuming the gun is holding pressure??
Make sure you use a good fitting bar (screwdriver) wrapped in a little fabric before you insert in muzzle to unscrew, as alloy is quite soft and will burr easily, could cause you an issue with pick-up on the plastic vent hole adjuster on muzzle once reassembled.

I was not sure that the piston was still intact, but if it is and is pushed part way back in the barrel and the compressed air has all been let out then one way to extract the piston is to unscrew the muzzle nose end piece, point the gun into a bucket and using the hand pump pressurize the gun until the piston pops out of the barrel. This method only works on muzzles where the shock absorber body inserts from the front end of the muzzle. It does not take much air pressure to blow the piston out. The bucket catches the oil.
