Hi all!

Just signed up to this forum, nice to see some like-minded people.

I have been spearfishing for several years off my sailboat in the Med and Caribbean and decided I need some more training :) I woulden't say I am a beginner (static 4 min, I spear between 20 and 30m), but I lack a "training structure" to improve my "hunting time". Would love to follow Aida courses, but I move around too much to be dedicated to 1 club. In came the Aerofit!

I was wondering what sport/program other users selected for inhancing freediving performance? Any other training apps you guys use?

Thanks all and looking forward to seeing you out on/in the water!

Brgds,
Ben

Your title seems to indicate that you recommend the aerofit program. If so, tell us about it.

I just got the Aerofit, so asking which sport/program other users select. I asked Airofit directly, however, and found out we freedivers should select "Swimming". Makes sense :)

Brgds,
Ben
