Originally the plan was to leave univeristy today at 8am and be at the marina by 9. However, the missus chickend out and i ended up leaving alone and met up with ali. with the traffic and all, i got there at 10:30

we headed out to ajman to this one spot ali got from UAE underwater explorer. its called turtle bay. we didnt see no turtles, and for damn sure we saw no fish worth shooting.

on our way back we quickly dived a jetty on some beach-front property. just as i saw a decent fish swim by, we were told to get out. :naughty turns out it belongs to some sheikh. what a load of crap... :martial

we headed back to the marina and refuelled and headed out to Zizi.
the top of this wreck is at 16m and goes down to 40m in some spots.

although i spent a good 6 minutes of breathing up in the surface, i knew i was pushing my limits, and so was ali. our average dives were to 15-18m.
visibility was great for west coast standards, a mere 6 meteres.hahaha.

however, our efforts paid off.
i shot my personal best for dubai waters. a nice 45cm jash.
ali likes batfish on the bbq, so we shot a few of those as well.
all in all id have to say it was an ok day. the weather going out and headed back was not great, and were getting sprayed so much that we wore our goggles and our bums and backs are sore (oh that sounds soooo wrong rofl

Hey buddy very nice trevally u got here.... On a side note, we went to a nice offshore spot yesterday and we murdered the place; some 12groupers, 7parrot fish, 5trevallies, couple of faskar, and one large cobia (but at the end, we were 5people spearing!)...

so hows water those days? At this time here, there is the highest concentration of jelly fish ever, it is like 5 ones in 1m square! u wanna get fish... u have to pay the heavy price of getting stung! (and we still do it :p) !!!!

When u visiting Qatar again ?
