Al Walker, the guy that filmed Manny riding the Makos off the coast of Venice La. is putting on a Big Kahuna tournement for fishermen. All the proceeds are going to build playgrounds for children.

Al is also a scuba diver and doesn't want the divers to be left out, so he's asking me for suggestions and support.

For the fishermen it's going to be the biggest fish caught between January and the end of March. The winner will win something like $20,000.00.

For scuba divers it will also be the biggest fish speared, no matter what it is.

He's talking entry fee of like $20.00 a man. With a grand price in the thousands, he's also talking on getting the winner on a dive with him and Manny when they film the Discovery Channel episodes.

This will sure make the public perception of spearfishermen look a whole lot better.

I also would like this to be a worldwide event.

Here is a link to his newest film.
