Alchemy V2HS fins good for spearing??? Mainly from the shore?

Are Alchemy V2HS fins in Soft / Medium flex good for spearing??? Mainly from the shore?

I have never had carbon fins before and found a well priced used set that fit me well.

Not sure how they go for surface swimming and durability around the rocks.
