Alexander muzzles

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Steve Alexander has two muzzle styles for his "Inshore" gun that can be seen here: http://mywebpage.netscape.com/stevealexanders/inshorephotos.html

Lets call the first a "line wrap" and the second a "slip ring" muzzle.

Will those of you with experience using these types of muzzles describe the advantages and disadvantages of each type? Is either more accurate, faster to load, less likely to loose the spear, safer, more powerful, etc.?
