hey everyone,

thanks for having me on here. i am from hawaii but went to college in miami. i am going to Harbour Island, Bahamas, in mid-March. from what i understand, it'll be last month of lobster season, so i'm bringing my mask, fins and gear. oh and i'd like to go for some hogs too.

on the basics:
- min. 200 yards from shore spearing (apply to lobster too?)
- fishing license obtained at... ? and how much?
- best way to pack gear, including sharp objects (like my mini-omni!)

on getting around:
- rent a small boat? any suggestions (or links!) on bathymetric maps?
- beach entry or rigged-kayak?
- if you have any info on pointing me in the right direction (inlets/outlets, east/west, etc.).

on the fishies:
- will lobsters be picked over in March? head out deeper?

I'll be on the island March 14th-18th, so anyone got the hookups (let me borrow some gear? want to go diving?), let me know!

thanks :)
Andy
