Hi,
Especially as in far north Europe the open water season is so short, we need to spent half of the year diving in pools, and eventually it may get booring to count the tiles of the pool back and forth. I wanted to share some other ideas what you could also do while spending hours training freediving in pool. What other gear you can bring with to training sessions. Not every diving day needs to be same DYN, DNF, static, sometimes just have some fun in (in safety in mind) in pool too
Creating illusions.. "Walking on the water":
Winter sports:
Simulating free immersion, blowing air rings, concentration crawling:
Walking with hands, space walk, pushups or even juggling
Stay innovative in nice 3D environment, I'll do too
