Always after dive, got diarrhea

just Start spearfishing a few months ago, everytime i dive 2 hour after i get Out off The Water i start with diarrea for The next 6h Then it stops, anyone else happens, or should i ask a doctor

Yes, if in doubt see your GP. That doesn't sound normal/expected to me.

BTW Is the water clean where you dive? E.g. Is untreated sewage released into the sea nearby? That used to be very common practice but happily increasingly less so these days. If that is the problem, you might consider joining the SAS - no, not the Special Air Service, but Surfers Against Sewage: https://www.sas.org.uk/

That (sewage contamination) seems like the most likely cause to me, I'm afraid. But see your GP! Without your health you have nothing.

Mr.X thanks for the replies, no sewers and i dive with 3 more friends and they are ok. Today i talked with doctor, an informal talk, and he also think that’s not normal. But point me two hipotesis nº1- stress related ( he thinks that i relax to much, my job is very stressful and when i dive i dont tink in nothing).
Nº2 pression related.

Ill try to dive this week again and see
