An Island full of holes

Last weekend we went with a friend for diving just outside Athens. There is a small island called Dounis Island.

The island beneath is like swiss chease full of holes and we decided to explore some of them. We found out later that some of the caverns (if i am describing them correct) continue far more deep into caves...

We didnt enter because I am not qualified not trained for this sort of diving...(but i would pretty much like to do so)...

This is actually my first experience in overhead environment (caves or caverns you name it) and I must admit I am thrilled about it...

When I saw the title of this thread the first person I thought of was Ms Sands rofl rofl rofl

There are so many things to see and we have just started....we most certainly are going to visit it again...Imagine that we have seen only two holes of the many that exist...

There is also the training limit... I wouldnt dare to go somewere that I am not trained to.

In one of those two that you saw there is also another hole that starts around 5-6 meters from where we stoped but you have to be trained to go on!!

Nothing...This weekend we are planning on going again..so I will probably have some more...If I am lucky a friend with a digital camera will come and they will be of better quality
