Thanks folks! I didn't think that anyone really used these websites, and let me tell you, I'm no techie so forgive me if I make an arse of posting messages!
Anyway, my interest in apnea goes back a few years ago when working as a lifeguard with my pals at the University of Limerick. We'd see who could hold their breath the longest, and I was just good at it! I went to Ibiza on an Irish team in 2001 for the World Champs (picture the Jamiacan bobsleigh team, we were shite but loved it!!) and got absolutley hooked. My personal best is a 5.16 static, which isn't too bad, but unfortunately I have no time to actually dive. We brought MT and Aharon Solomons over for a training camp a few years back which was brilliant, but meeting Tanya, Herbert, and Martin Stepanek was just awesome.
If anyone is planning on visiting Limerick soon, let me know!!!!
