I am new in the world of freediving. I took a class in Florida las May and I was wondering if anyone is close in my area Maryland, Washington DC or northern Virginia to dive with them and learn from them. I have a good experience in sea. I grow up next to the ocean. I will appreciate if any response there or invitation. Thanks.

In general freediving is not good in the Baltimore/DC due to our "blackwater". I practice freediving in Annapolis. I messaged you.

Yeah I did some search before I took freediving class and I found nothing going on around metropolitan area. Also I send you an email about my info. Thank you Mark.

Yes! There’s a small and growing community in the Washington DC area. Blue Planet Scuba has freediving classes and opened pool on Sundays. We also head down to Lake Phoenix in the summer when it’s warm.
