Any Idea What This Species Is? Fujairah UAE

I Was Snorkeling At Snoopy Island In Fujairah,UAE When I Suddenly Noticed A Red String With Orange Balls On It (See Drawing). Me, The Idiot That I Am Went To Touch It. It Stung My Hand And I Was Left With A Burning And Throbbing Pain In My Hand. After A Minute A Bump Forms Around The Area I Was Stung. (Total 26 Bumps). Can Anybody Give Me A Hint To What This Species Is? Do I Go To A Hospital?
