Hello everyone

I've recently been getting more serious about free diving and I now am having a hard time finding an instructor up here. I'm not very good, I'm 15 right now and can only hold my breath for approx 2 minutes (record 2:20) static but only for a minute while I swim. I hope to make great improvements but would like to have an instructor to help me as self taught free diving is generally not the way to go.
