Each province has it's own regulations; if you speak spanish try entering the name of the province you are interested about plus pesca submarina into Google and see what it spits out. I know you at least need a doctors note to say you are fit for the sport but not sure on fees etc. You CANNOT spear at night EVER. Never get caught with scuba and speargun you will get arrested and fined, it happened last week in Ibiza; €60,000 maximum fine. Be wary of any Reserva Marina because you face heavy penalties if caught fishing in one.

Doesn't understand spanish or just a few words when try to find information on Benidorm spearfishing forbbiden area. I'm going to benidorm for 5 days between 30 august to 3september and looking for information and buddy to dive in there.
Going to party with friends over there and would like to fish arround. Spent 3 month in Villajoyosa 8 years ago great fish and no protected area wondering if any spoken spearfishing buddy get to dive arround???
Any infos will be great, thinking of bringing a RA120 with buoy ?? Used a 100 before and find it a bit short??
