Any training tipps?

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

does any one have some good training tipps for pool training ,maybe a good site or a clipp?

For dynamic there is lots of good clips on you tube - do a search and you'll soon sort the wheat from the chaff. Also searching on the DB forum is good - use advanced search function above - there is loads here.

Umberto's book 'The Manual of Freediving' while starting to show its age in some areas, is an absolute must as most is still relevant and for a beginner is worth its weight in gold.

Finally nothing can beat learning from other people - join a club or go on a course, and remember never to dive alone!

Also, if you're doing breath hold work in a pool, never _train_ alone. That would be my #1 pool training tip.... Another good reason to join a club, find some people to train with.
