As I advised already earlier in this thread - write them and tell them clearly that you are well aware of their reputation, and that unless you receive a prompt shipment, you are going to ask your bank to reverse the payment. If you paid by credit card, and they do not have your physical signature for the transaction, there is no way the bank could refuse reversing the charge. So make them aware you know your rights. If you get no answer within few days, file the backcharge at your bank immediately. Do not wait more than 30 days after the card was charged. Correctly, merchant must not charge your CC before shipping the goods, so if your card was already charged and you did not get any shipping tracking number, you better file a complaint with the CC institution about terms violation and ask for the refund immediately.

I know Markus since..... he can have some difficulties with accounting but General his idea is positive and developing Finswimming and Freediving sports.
We can ship only paid orders for Markus, so he has to "turn around" with some prepayments. German taxe system is also quit interesting.
120euro is fix Governm.payments for the import of 1 Glide-fin to France.
somebody has to pay for it.
we are working non stop. Sara Campbell got our fins last week. David Mullins will get it in 2 weeks. You can ask them how fins works now ?

You will save ~ 100euro if you will get fins from Markus. because we ship all orders to Halle by bus.

Bogdan, do you make a specialized freediving monofin from the glidefin now?

Is the issue with compression at depth solved and is the angle of the foot more optimized for freediving than for finswimming now?

I made a drawing of how I like to angle the footpocket a little more and the footpocket at the toes would be about 20mm higher up.

This is not a problem for finswimmers with very angeled stretched ankels but can be for some freedivers.
