Interesting. Will you be there too? Will you also teach? Is it an open course or just for Salt-free-ers? Is the course specifically for freedivers? Are some freediving lessons included too? There is recently a post on a French forum asking for freediving courses in Dahab; may I post it there too, or do you prefer keeping those frogmongers as far as possible?

Hey Trux

Totally open, the more the merrier! It's not a strictly freediving course as I'm not teaching and the teacher isn't a freediver, but it's Kundalini, which I think played a big part in my diving, particularly the meditation and pranayama. I'm taking part and can't wait! I'll be getting back to teaching and doing some nice specialist freediving workshops next year.

Please feel free to post away - can I send you the flyer directly to pass around on email? If so, drop me a line at sara@radiantbeingyoga.com and I'll forward it to you. Would be great to see you there if you can make it! x

Hi everyone

Thanks for sharing Sara - but I just need to stress that this isn't anything to do with Saltfree!
