Damn it. I'm too weak to resist!
Already gained 8 kilos and there are still a couple of weeks to go.
Someone please lock me up in a gym without food supply!
:hungover

Oh yeah, I'm literaly getting 'out of shape' ;)
I was already wondering why my wetsuit fits so tight lately.
However there won't be much time for me to work out and get back in shape... my next SA trip is already planned for December. :friday
Guess I'll have to face a tough training schedule in the mean time. :blackeye

Hi, if you want to dive when you're in PE and you want to learn how to spearfish get a hold of Gletwyn Rubidge, his blog is at: Gletwyn Rubidge 's Spearfishing and Freediving
Gletwyn has represented SA at international comps and between him and Mark Jackson, his mate and dive buddy you have perhaps two of the best divers in SA. Mark also represents SA in International Comps.
Gletwyn provides a very in depth course on spearfishing for a nominal fee. I was involved in the final stages of this course as a "proofreader" and I can vouch that you as a beginner(and indeed any other beginner - moderately experienced spearo) would be an idiot to not take up Gletwyn's course. Check out his course content on his blog and on his website: www.freedive.co.za
