Is there anyone from Sonoma County California out there. I am looking for folks who might want to train.

I was thanking of some FRC, Static and dynamic apnea in the pool and posable some open water work as well. Monterey would be a lot nicer open water location than Sonoma County. I have one person up here but 3 makes a perfect set up. One diving, one preparing / breathing up and one on safety

I'm in San Francisco, just starting to get interested in diving by way of a desire to harvest abalone. I'm not at a point where I could participate in anything, I've just started to get into swimming shape. I would be interested in being able to pick someone's brain however, especially someone who knows this area. Please send me an email (fred@crumbskull.net) if you don't mind answering some questions.

Hey Grummy are you still looking for freedive buddies? I'm new to the sport but want to get into it. I'd be really interested in doing any training that would help me improve and hopefully I'd be some help to you guys.

Contact me with a date and time. It would be nice to have a group to train/dive. Safety in numbers for whatever reason.

Guys, I am a water junkie. I have been scuba diving for years and ab diving as long. This year I started to spearfish while ab diving since I could get ab pretty quick and I like staying in the water. I have very little knowledge of what it takes to train for freediving but am willing to learn.

I am always looking for buddies since I haven't met anyone yet that can dive as frequently as I can.

I could defininetly use some training and I agree with the numbers. The more we have, the better chance we have to mqake this work out. Let me know. Kevin
