Its a dive shop in mexico where I plan to get my open water certification while on vaction. I just wanna make sure the place has somewhat of a reputation. He seems good, an american fellow who i can speak with without misunderstading which is a big deal to me (lack of communication = death)
but if anyone has been to mexico which dive shop did you use?? there website is www.mantadivers.com hes charging 350 us no tax for the whole shi-bang. But just cause i can understand what hes saying doesnt mean its pro.
