Anyone live near Malibu?

I want to take the Performance Freediving class with Kirk Krack May 15 - 18, 2004, but unfortunately I don't have anywhere to stay down there. I'd like to take the class beore the summer, otherwise I'd just take it up here in Monterey.

If anyone wouldn't mind putting up with me for that time, I'd be forever grateful I'm just trying to find a way to make the class within my budget

Hey Fuzz,

As the class gets closer, you can email Kirk and ask if any of his students are willing to share rooms. This will cut costs down.

Another option that I use is staying at the hostel in Santa Monica, ~ 10 miles away from the Malibu class room. Beds in shared rooms are ~25-35$ a night.

FYI The cost for the boat and hotel room (shared) for two days on Catalina is ~170$ while you're working out the numbers
