Hi Lili,
Hmmmm, you're a bit north for several of us that live near or in Orange County. However, if you're up to taking the ferry to Catalina and diving from there it might be possible. There's me, Prince Namor and quite a few chaps from Spearboard who occasionally cross the borders. I'd say, go over to Spearboard.com and contact the L.A. Fathomiers. They are the biggest club in SoCal, I think, though my local L.B. Neptunes are the oldest.
