Never seen one like that, what does the writing say? Good to see more guns with the handle in the right place :)

roflI thought you'd like this one. I'm assuming that it is an older gun(?) but it looks like a design that would work well today and might out perform some more modern guns.

Looks very similar to a JBL sea hornet rhino speargun! Is it still seaworthy?

Wow that's one long trigger mechanism. Gun definitely looks older but seems to be built pretty sturdy. Never seen one with the handle that far up the barrel though...interesting.

hi pastor its say on it..healtways competition.

i saw some stuff about it today on the net..its a vintage.(but can t find any more photo off that kind)

i never did shoot it yet.

but i did change the 2 rubers on it.so there brand new rubers.

its sher is a tuff speargun...everything is bullet proof on that thing.

but not sher its good or precise. i gues will see soon anaugh.

thaks to all.

even if it old..its in great shape and everything work on it.

Hey Joco
that is one cool web site, some of those spearguns look like they're out of a james bond movie or more rather a star wars movie..

Ditto. Some of those guns look like they'd create a stir if introduced today. What a brilliant website. Those ultra-thin one look trick (and I thought my recent Omer XXV purchase was skinny) - powered by compressed carbon dioxide? Absolutely love the "Addict Gun 01 by Paul Herrin":inlove - is that a built in fish-subdueing drogue/parachute?! Extinguisher guns?!

I find it humbling to see some of the ingenuity included in the old spearguns and old bikes, motorbikes & cars. So much thought and creativity has already gone into them. You see things that were decades ahead of the market & sometimes are more advanced that modern products but, perhaps, still impractical for commercial use. The movie Tucker gives me a similar humbling feeling.

[Foxfish, any chance of getting a picture of your old gun onto that site? Portland Oceaneering have some interesting old guns on the wall - although not as weird & wonderful.]

Sounds like you have used it or plan to use it. Excellent! Let us know how you get on. I reckon it could be an excellent design for an all round bass gun for the UK - having a protruding barrel as short as a low vis. gun and the spear & rubber extension/power of a 90cm gun. I guess that's the point Pastor has made all along -- the rest of us need time to catch up.:)
