Anyone spearfish carp in lake mead NV?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

Does anyone? and do you have any tips for a beginner looking for some carp shooting?

I was out diving the other day and worked depths between 10 and 30 feet. Never saw any fish though? The marinas are full of them :vangry but of course no spearfishing there!

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
 
Carp are generally warm water fish. Search the shallows of the lake, preferably areas with a muddy or silty bottom. Carp feed heavily on the organisms that reside in the mud.
