Anyone Spearfishing in Lake Michigan

Chicago area spearfishing
I am a college student living just outside of Chicago. I have recently picked up Spearfishing as a new hobbie. I am new to the sport and was wanting to know if anyone knows of places to spearfish in Chicago or surrounding ares (lake Michigan) and would want to dive with me and increase my knowledge and ability in the sport.

Sounds good. What are some alternative ways I can communicate with people about finding others to spear fish in Lake Michigan?

Hi Lucass, we have a USA/Canada subforum here on DB. You may want to go in there, introduce yourself on your own thread, and reply to some existing threads.
