Apnea pool training sessions

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Open invitation to join a group of us that meet at Elmbridge on Tuesdays for Endurance and Anerobic sessions. Each session has a planned activities to help improve apnea performance, technique and overall fitness.

Now that the evenings are closing in why not join us and train through the winter. Sessions will also include the opportunity to develop finswimming technique including monofin.

£4 per session. Meet at 8:00pm every Tuesday @ Exel Leisure centre,
