Hello,
I thought it would be nice to do some apnea rope skipping, and did some sets of 150 jumps.
My question is if this is a viable exercise for freediving,
because i was thinking it is maybe to intensive, after i do it my arms and legs feel heavy so i think i do have lactic acid but one set only takes about 55 seconds so maybe my muscles are just working aerobe and i am learning my body wrong things.
Any thoughts on this?
