I am trying to run 3-4 days aweek ( taboo for some i know!) but i am trying to mix in some brief apnea 15 sec or, while maintaing my regular 3 mile pace.
do any of you have experience with this?

i am a spearfishermen more than a freediver, even though running is adversly affecting my breath hold ( my static is horrible ), i would like to get my body fat % down
