apnea suit warmth?

i am looking at getting an apnea legend freedive/spearo suit and was wondering if these types of suits are warmer or colder than regular scuba or surf suits
 
Apnea suits are warmer, or at least they give the same warmth with thinner neoprene (and that adds flexibility).
